1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Taqwright at https://www.taqwright.dev, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Taqwright is a mobile test automation framework and platform that enables device interaction, test action recording, framework generation, and AI-assisted test code creation, delivered through a command-line tool, web application, and an optional desktop agent.
3. Accounts
- Account creation may be invitation-only at the administrator's discretion.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- Account sharing is not permitted.
- You are accountable for all activity under your account.
- Report any unauthorized use promptly.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform; circumvent limits or controls; test applications you are not authorized to test; misuse AI features; attempt unauthorized access; use the service for any illegal purpose; or disrupt the service.
5. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with continued access until then. We do not provide partial-period refunds. Pricing changes are communicated with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions are honored until their next renewal.
6. Intellectual property
The platform and its content belong to taqelah!. You retain full ownership of the test code, page objects, test specs, frameworks, and related files you generate, stored locally and in your project directories.
7. Privacy
Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. AI features disclaimer
AI-generated output is provided on an "as-is" basis. You are responsible for reviewing generated code and validating assertions and locators. AI suggestions may lack accuracy or optimization.
9. Service availability
We prioritize high availability but do not guarantee it. Downtime may result from scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or external factors. No service-level agreement applies to free or paid plans.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
11. Limitation of liability
TAQELAH! SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our maximum liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.
12. Termination
You may delete your account by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Access ceases immediately upon termination, and data deletion follows the procedures in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
14. Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Updates are reflected in the last-updated date above, and continued use signifies acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes by email.
